Louisiana Offshore Fishing Report – November 2025 (Grand Isle, Venice, Fourchon)

Louisiana Offshore Fishing Report – November 2025

Cooler temps and steady fall patterns are lighting up the offshore bite across Southeast Louisiana. Water temps in the 72–76°F range are pushing pelagics into tighter zones, and the shrimp boat fleet is holding big packs of blackfin and yellowfin. Winds have been moderate (10–15 knots E/SE), but workable windows have been opening every few days.

Best Technique:
Jig 180–220 ft with 150g knife jigs in blue/pink.
